ORA:
OBSERVE, REJECT, ACT
Tarì is a large community of entrepreneurs, employees, artisans, students. Every day more than 2,700 people experience Il Tarì as a place of work and relationships.
Of these, over 30% are young women.
On the occasion of the international activism week on the theme of gender violence, the Tarì is committed to an awareness campaign highlighting the active role that everyone can play to combat gender violence through simple and timely actions and with the support of the police.
Three simple actions are enough to do this:
OBSERVE
Observe the warning signs of a toxic relationship: jealousy, control, isolation, manipulation, anger. Think about the possible consequences of psychological and physical violence
REFUSE
Reject all forms of manipulation, walk away and end all toxic relationships. Demonstrate openly against violence.
ACT
Talk to people you trust, ask for help. Contact the police or call 1522.
Even at the Centro Orafo il Tarì it is possible to leave a report or request for help, in one of the small boxes located in the women's toilets, in complete anonymity.
Reports will be forwarded to the Marcianise Carabinieri Command.
Anti-violence number 1522 is active 24 hours a day and receives requests for help and support from victims of violence and stalking with specialised operators.
