As part of the South Export Plan II in favor of SMEs from the Southern Regions and pending the authorization for financing, the ICE-Agency for the promotion abroad and the internationalization of Italian companies announces that it intends to organize an incoming of foreign operators in the jewelery-goldsmith sector, in presence at the Il Tarì Goldsmith Center in Marcianise (CE) and, remotely, on its digital platform, Fiera Smart 365.

WHY PARTICIPATE

The initiative, aimed at companies from the Regions of Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise and Sardinia, intends to offer the opportunity to meet foreign operators in the target countries (including Spain, Portugal, Poland, Hungary, Bulgaria, Romania, Albania, Serbia, Kosovo, Montenegro, Greece, Malta, Cyprus, Lebanon) as well as creating an international showcase for the presentation of the manufacturing excellence of the gold-jewelery sector that can involve the operators of the main outlet markets for Italian production.

With this intervention it is planned to carry out commercial meetings between the Italian companies and the participating economic operators that will make it possible to raise awareness of Italian production, generate commercial agreements in the medium term and strengthen existing commercial relationships.

ICE-AGENCY OFFER

The initiative, which will see the participation of foreign operators and Italian goldsmith companies, will be held from 7 to 10 October at the Il Tarì Goldsmith Center and between 11 and 17 October in digital version on the Fiera Smart 365 platform of the ICE Agency. .

The activity is aimed exclusively at Italian companies in the regions of Basilicata, Campania, Calabria, Puglia, Sicily, Abruzzo, Molise and Sardinia producing jewelery in precious metals.

The guest companies and companies residing at the Goldsmith Center will have the opportunity to meet the delegations of economic operators selected by the ICE Offices abroad. The event will be based on B2B moments, according to the consolidated model of the scheduled meeting agenda.

The program of the host delegation of the ICE Agency will be structured as follows:

Thursday 7 October: meeting, in one of the exhibition pavilions, of foreign operators with guest companies from the developing and transitioning Italian regions. Following the containment measures, the admission of companies could be limited and accepted on the basis of the chronological order of arrival of the adhesions, until all available positions are exhausted.
Friday 8 October: meeting of foreign operators with companies residing at the Tarì, in their offices, within the Goldsmith Center;
Saturday 9 October: free meetings of foreign operators with companies residing at Il Tarì and with the exhibitors of the OPEN! Event, invited and selected by the organizers of the event;
Sunday 10 October: continuation of the meetings and departures.
Given the current health emergency situation, the ICE Agency reserves the right to cancel the initiative at any stage of organization.

DIGITAL INCOMING

As a corollary of the presence activity, the companies residing at Il Tarì and the guest companies will be able to remotely meet additional foreign operators selected from the reference areas, and more widely from all the countries in which the ICE operates through their offices, thanks to the functions of the Smart 365 Fair platform, with which it will be possible to exhibit collections, publish a product catalog complete with images and videos, enrich the profile with links to social media, get in touch with foreign operators, plan virtual meetings and undertake commercial negotiations with foreign operators in the sector. The digital incoming will be held in the week following the event in attendance, between 11 and 17 October.

Participating companies must ensure their availability to populate the ICE Agency's Smart 365 digital platform with the required content (company information, product photos, etc.) and to hold B2B meetings with foreign operators both during the event in attendance and from remote, on the dates identified.

METHOD OF REGISTRATION

To participate in the initiative, interested companies must, no later than 10 September 2021:

Application form to be stamped and signed by the legal representative (the pdf is generated at the end of the online compilation of the above form);
Admissibility requirements, to be stamped and signed by the legal representative;
ICE-Agency Regulations attached, to be stamped and signed for acceptance by the legal representative;
Substitute Declaration of the Notoriety Act that the products promoted and / or displayed at the event comply with the regulations for Made in Italy products (see attached model) to be filled in, stamped and signed by the legal representative
Copy of the identity document of the legal representative.
Subsequently, the participating companies will have to complete with their data and personalize with their contents - no later than 17 September 2021 - the online showcase made available by the ICE Agency on the Fiera Smart 365 platform.
